At Scarlet Creations, all of our products are digital downloads — customizable Canva templates delivered electronically. Because of the instant, digital nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is made.

By purchasing from Scarlet Creations, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read the product description.

• No refunds will be issued once the digital file or template link has been delivered/accessed.

• All sales are final due to the non-tangible, non-returnable nature of digital goods.

Revisions Policy

While we don’t offer refunds, your satisfaction still matters to us. We offer up to 2 free revisions in the following cases only:

1. Confirmed defects — the template has a genuine design flaw, broken element, or formatting issue within the Canva file.

2. Access issues — you are unable to open, edit, or access the template link as intended.

To request a revision, please contact us within [X days] of purchase with:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Screenshots or screen recordings showing the problem

Revisions are limited to fixing the reported defect or access issue and do not include full redesigns, style changes, or content unrelated to the original issue.
